Yes. We work with bamboo, cork, wheat fibre, jute and cotton, use soy wax with cotton wicks, and ship in plastic-free recycled kraft packaging.

Every piece is handcrafted in small batches by artisan clusters. Slight variation in paint and finish is a sign of hand-work, not a defect.

Send us photographs within 48 hours of delivery for any damaged or incorrect item and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Do you deliver outside Lucknow?

Right now we deliver across Lucknow only, usually within 1–3 working days with live tracking. Pan-India dispatch is planned in about a month, once our Lucknow service is fully proven.
